We can provide structural and electrical engineering stamps for residential projects only. The commercial is quoted case by case. We work with a very reputable engineering firm.

For ground mount structural engineering we only support pre-engineered racking systems like Ironridge, Unirac, Sunmodo, etc, or any other racking manufacturer that has developed span tables for your state, codes, and site-specific conditions, or has an online configurator to generate the uplift forces. No custom racks like Unistrut assembly or Pergolas. If you have to build a pre-engineered racking differently than the manufacturer specs or their engineering reports then further analysis is required and it may require an additional fee.
